Executive Assistant & HR support
Getting through an absence without a break

CONTEXT
A Belgian subsidiary of 15 employees has to cope for six months with the absence of a pivotal role combining executive assistant and HR support.
Business has to continue without shifting the load onto the CEO or the teams.
ASSIGNMENT
Initially focused on administrative continuity, the assignment quickly widened to HR support and direct support to the CEO:
personnel files, contracts, payroll and onboarding, but also supplier cost analysis, contract renegotiation and improvement of HR and administrative processes.
RESULT:
Continuity assured, HR processes structured
Six months of continuity with no extra load transferred to the teams. HR and administrative processes are clarified and documented, while several supplier contracts are renegotiated or redirected.
The assignment therefore secured continuity while improving the way things already worked.
