My name is Maurizio Ridolfi . I founded MR Consulting to offer independent, human and rigorous consulting, where the pleasure of working remains a priority .
MR embodies both Management & Recruitment and my way of approaching each mission: with passion and commitment .
Known for my good humor and authenticity, I'm described as a true chameleon. I adapt naturally to company cultures while bringing structure and clarity.

My professional background
Before MR Consulting, I held administrative, HR and sales positions in various sectors.
These experiences have allowed me to develop strong organizational and project management skills, as well as fluency in five languages : French, English, Dutch, Italian and Spanish — an asset for working in international and multicultural contexts.
