Background, values and mission

Who is behind MR Consulting?

My name is Maurizio Ridolfi, Business Support Specialist, and I offer my services under the trade name MR Consulting.

My professional career has been built over more than 20 years in diverse environments.

I started in aviation, notably as an instructor and integration coordinator, while also developing experience in public relations, event planning, and business development.

I later moved into Office Management and Human Resources, complemented by digital communication, working with start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs in Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant.

Today, through MR Consulting, I put this versatility at the service of companies, with a hands-on, people-focused approach tailored to their day-to-day needs.

What shaped my approach ?

Throughout my career, I have seen how SME owners often carry a wide range of responsibilities on their own. I have met entrepreneurs who would have welcomed someone they could rely on: a trusted, versatile professional capable of providing practical support in their day-to-day activities.

My experience in Office Management and HR gradually led me to become involved in several aspects of business operations. Some assignments also gave me the opportunity to work on internal communication and employer branding.

This combination encouraged me to further develop my skills in HR and digital communication, particularly through continuing education programmes at ICHEC.

This is how my approach to Business Support took shape: providing operational support tailored to the real needs of each business, with the ability to take responsibility for several functions while remaining a single point of contact.

I firmly believe that smaller businesses deserve the same level of professional and structured support as larger companies, while taking their resources and everyday realities into account.

And because I believe in continuous learning, sharing knowledge remains an important part of the way I work.

I collaborated with Maurizio about 15 years ago when he was in charge of organizing events and managing staff in collaboration with his business partners.

The events he organized were always very successful. Thanks to the atmosphere and the chosen theme, he always knew how to capture that little something extra that made these events particularly popular and exceptional.
