Who is MR Consulting?
My name is Maurizio Ridolfi. I founded MR Consulting to offer an independent, human and rigorous form of consultancy, one where the pleasure of working remains a driving force.
MR stands for both Management & Results and the way I approach every assignment: with passion and commitment.
Known for my good humour and authenticity, I am often described as a true chameleon: I adapt naturally to each company's culture while bringing structure and clarity to it.

When a project calls for it, I bring in trusted associate experts, while keeping full ownership of the assignment.
Before founding MR Consulting, I held administrative, HR and commercial roles across a variety of sectors.
These experiences allowed me to develop strong skills in organisation and project management, as well as fluency in five languages: French, English, Dutch, Italian and Spanish
